How to get here
The Arranmore Island Ferry leaves from Burtonport Pier on a regular basis and tickets for foot passengers or for cars can be bought on board the boat or at the booking office on the pier all year round.Burtonport is five miles from Dungloe, the largest town in the Rosses, in West Donegal. Dungloe is on the main N56, North West Coastal Route. Get here by plane to Donegal airport, Carrickfinn www.donegalairport.ie or by road on the N4 from Dublin via Sligo or from the north of Ireland via Derry, Letterkenny or Strabane, Lifford.
